Soak the nuts, dates and raisins for 30 minutes.
Heat ghee in the pan,fry the dried coconut pieces, keep aside.
In the same ghee, fry the paneer pieces
Drain the nuts and add to the pan.
Then add the sugar and powdered masalas. Mix well and then add the saffron, rose petals.
Add the fried coconut pieces and cook till the sugar is melted. Serve hot.
P.S : I didn't have dry coconut so i have added grated fresh coconut in the end.
